About Me
I started Rhys | Fitness and Nutrition (Rhys FN) out of a love of helping people reach their goals. I developed that passion as a CrossFit coach.
I earned my CrossFit 1 Trainer certificate in 2019, coaching classes alongside my jobs. When my daughter was born in 2020, I wanted her to see me pursue a career I loved, so in 2023, at 34 and a half, I enrolled in courses for Personal Training and Nutrition!
